Join us for an engaging 2-day in-person OR live virtual event where you will learn the framework of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills. Whether you're a beginner or already familiar with DBT skills, this event is perfect for anyone interested in enhancing their understanding of this evidence-based therapy. The event will take place in person at the University Tower - across from the St. Louis Galleria and Live via Zoom, giving you the option to participate in whatever format works best for you!

Don't miss this opportunity to expand your knowledge and connect with like-minded individuals. Participants will be invited to network and form their own DBT Consult Teams in order to support their practices for years to come!

Adrianne Martin, MSW, LCSW

Therapist at St. Louis DBT and Owner/Founder of A Nu Day Therapy

Adrianne Martin MSW, LCSW has been working in the crisis field since 2007, and began working with persons with thoughts of suicide in 2009 while working on her Master's in Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. Adrianne found her calling in teaching others how to work with persons with thoughts of suicide, and is a Master Trainer for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training. She has recently started her private practice, A Nu Day, and is working with St. Louis DBT to provide DBT therapy to persons diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.

Casey Limmer, MSW, LCSW, DBT-LBC

Owner/Founder/CEO of St. Louis DBT and Gateway Wellness Associates

Casey received her first training in DBT in 2001 and immediately saw the many benefits it would have for her clients and herself. She went on to get intensive and advanced training in DBT, started several DBT programs in the area, completed a rigorous certification process, taught courses in CBT and DBT at Washington University, and now coordinates DBT Training opportunities at St. Louis DBT.  Casey has been trained in CBT by Judith Beck and in DBT by Marsha Linehan. She has taught hundreds of graduate students to use those time-tested and evidence based clinical tools. Casey has won the Excellence in Teaching Award from Washington University thanks to her humorous and engaging teaching style, incorporation of media examples and use of practice exercises throughout classes and workshops.
